If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us. We will be happy to refund within 14 days any unsuitable item, provided they in resalable condition.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

 

Refunds

 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item, then let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method.

 

Please note that it can take several days for your bank or credit card to process the amount refunded.

Items will be shipped by Evri or Royal Mail within 3 days of your order being placed. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order is despatched. We are only shipping to the UK for the time being. The shipping fee will depend on the size and weight of your package.
